- Converted fragmented documentation and technical resources into a cohesive developer-focused website.
- Built, tested, and refined tutorials for the Pact smart contract programming language.
- Collaborated with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to identify and publish the content required for the community, partners, verticals, and stakeholders.
- Created content introducing the EVM-compatible version of the Kadena blockchain and onboarding Solidity developers.

Parity Technologies and the Web3 Foundation designed, built, and launched the Polkadot blockchain and continues to support the expansion and evolution of the Polkadot ecosystem.
- Re-architected the Substrate Developer Hub site to provide a narrative structure to the blockchain application developer journey.

Senior Technical Writer - Developer experience
DFINITY and the DFINITY Foundation designed, built, and launched the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) public blockchain with a unique approach to economics and governance.
- Created all of initial documentation for developers, node operators, and token holders, including tutorials for using the Motoko and Rust programming languages.
- Collaborated directly with researchers and principal engineers to produce the Internet Computer Protocol technical specification overview.
- Engaged with internal teams and the community to develop the appropriate content for building applications to run on the ICP blockchain platform.
- Initiated cross-departmental collaboration, engaging with members of Web3 Foundation, Ecosystem Development, User Experience, Support, and Engineering.

D2IQ, founded as Mesosphere, offered a cloud-native infrastructure management platform and automation for developer operations through DC/OS and Kubernetes.
- Created and maintained documentation for multiple versions of the Mesosphere DC/OS distributed cloud infrastructure and the D2iQ opinionated Kubernetes platform.
- Collaborated with Support, Product, and Solution Engineering to simplify and improve documentation based on customer feedback.

Information Architect
Centrify was a leading provider of identity, access, and privilege management for Linux, UNIX, and macOS platforms, and later added support for managing mobile devices, web applications, and cloud-based services.
- Developed the information architecture for the Centrify documentation website to replace a library of static PDF files.
- Introduced simplified guides that enabled small and mid-size organizations to perform self-service deployments, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing support costs.
